Store Policies:
- Non-Sale Merchandise** may be returned for Exchange, or Store Credit only within 15 days of purchase
with original store receipt, tags, packaging and or gift receipt.
- Clothing must be undamaged, unworn, and have all original tags attached. Clothing discounted 30% or more is a Final Sale
- All furniture, art, lighting,discounted merchandise of any kind, and Special Order purchases are Final Sales.
- Any merchandise presented for exchange, or store credit under the above conditions must be in new, unused condition
and be accompanied by all original tags, packaging and store receipt or gift receipt.
- Any Check returned as "Insufficient funds" or "Stop Payment' will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
- Present Perfect reserves the right to deny returns to individuals with a history of Present Perfect returns.
- Present Perfect reserves the right to ask individuals who treat staff and/or merchandise in a disrespectful manner to leave
the store
- Note To Designers/Wholesalers:Present Prefect will not under any circumstances allow assignment of purchase
orders/invoices to third party administratsors/factors. Failure to adhere to Present Perfect LLC express policy on
this matter will render any and all purchase orders from said Designer/wholesaler null and void and any goods
received will be returned in their entirety, at the expense of the wholesaler/designer.
